- Number of zones. Check how many zones are included in the price and what each extra zone costs.
- Temperature sensors. Temperature-controlled zones have a sensor in each zone, so each area holds its own set temperature. Ask whether every included zone has one.
- Outlets. Packages list different outlet counts. More outlets can suit larger or more divided homes; your in-home design should confirm how many your home needs.
- Ductwork and return air. Check the ductwork insulation rating and whether a filtered return air grille is included.
- Extras. Some offers include extras such as an air purifier. Compare the whole package, not just the headline.
